Tickets and Passes

20 - ticket booklet - $27

This product is a booklet of 20 single-use paper tickets that can be distributed to clients individually. The tickets have a QR code that is only valid for one scan. Please communicate with your clients on how many bus trips are required to complete a round trip in order to provide the adequate number of tickets.

All-day pass (reusable smartcard included) - $7

This product includes an all-day pass uploaded to a reusable smartcard. The pass cost is $5 and there is a one-time smartcard activation fee of $2. Once scanned when boarding the bus, the pass will cover unlimited rides until the end of service on the day it is first used.

All-day pass (reusable smartcard not included) - $5

This product will issue an all-day pass to an individual's existing Umo smartcard or Umo app account. The pass cost is $5. The representative placing the order will be required to upload an Excel file of Umo account numbers in order to complete the order. Once scanned when boarding the bus, the pass will cover unlimited rides until the end of service on the day it is first used.

7-day pass (reusable smartcard included) - $14.5

This product includes a 7-day pass uploaded to a reusable smartcard. The pass cost is $12.50 and there is a one-time smartcard activation fee of $2. Once scanned when boarding the bus, the pass will cover unlimited rides on the day it is scanned, and the following 6 consecutive days, until the end of service on the seventh day.

7-day pass (reusable smartcard not included) - $12.5

This product will issue a 7-day pass to an individual's existing Umo smartcard or Umo app account. The pass cost is $12.50. The representative placing the order will be required to upload an Excel file of Umo account numbers in order to complete the order. Once scanned when boarding the bus, the pass will cover unlimited rides on the day it is scanned, and the following 6 consecutive days, until the end of service on the seventh day.

20-ride pass (reusable smartcard included) - $29

This product includes a 20-ride pass uploaded to a reusable smartcard. The pass cost is $27.00 and there is a one-time smartcard activation fee of $2. Once scanned when boarding the bus, the pass will cover deduct a ride each time the individual boards a bus. *Customers using the 20-ride pass must also purchase Stored Value on their Umo account to pay for transfers separately. Transfer trips will not be deducted from the 20-ride pass. Please communicate with your clients on how many bus trips are required to complete a trip in order to determine if this pass option better meets their needs.

31-day pass (reusable smartcard included) - $52

This product includes a 31-day pass uploaded to a reusable smartcard. The pass cost is $50 and there is a one-time smartcard activation fee of $2. Once scanned when boarding the bus, the pass will cover unlimited rides on the day it is scanned, and the following 30 consecutive days, until the end of service on the 31st day.

31-day pass (reusable smartcard not included) - $50

This product will issue a 31-day pass to an individual's existing Umo smartcard or Umo app account. The pass cost is $50. The representative placing the order will be required to upload an Excel file of Umo account numbers in order to complete the order. Once scanned when boarding the bus, the pass will cover unlimited rides on the day it is scanned, and the following 6 consecutive days, until the end of service on the seventh day.

Payment will be made in-person with cash, check, credit/debit card at the Greenlink Transit Center (100 W. McBee Avenue)

Payment will be made with a credit/debit card over-the-phone by calling 864-467-5001

Payment will be made online using a credit/debit card. An invoice will be emailed to the contact placing the order with a link to pay online. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Payment will be made with a check sent in the mail. Checks should be made out to Greenlink and mailed to 205 Arcadia Drive, Greenville SC 29609
